ARTIST STATEMENT: 
My art is for myself. I fear the perception/judgement/interpretation made by people when they view this extension of my brain in a dimensional form. As I have developed as a designer/artist I’ve become more receptive to the critique and acknowledgement of others. However, I continue to make whatever the f I want because my internal god complex is not easily tainted by a measly outside individual’s personal opinion. I create things that match the hummmm and colors going on in my own thoughts. Therefore, I don't believe in creating a piece that matches certain principles and processes if I just want to brain-defecate a piece that I personally love and connect with. In reality, the people close to me enjoy my art and respect the self expression aspect of it. These people’s suggestions are based on how they know me which makes their voices all the more trustworthy and valuable than a stranger’s critique.
